If you would like ACFD to return the original documents you had submitted to particpate in the Eligilibility Examination, please download and complete the Release Form.

Please be advised that the application requirements for the NDEB Equivalency Process are not the same as those for the Eligibility Examination. You can review the NDEB application requirements at http://www.ndeb.ca/en/non_accredited/application.htm.
